Service Excellence Agreement

Scrub Me Daddy LLC — Roanoke and surrounding areas

By booking a service with Scrub Me Daddy LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The "Fresh Start" Protocol

All recurring service partnerships begin with an Initial Deep Clean. This allows our specialists to establish a baseline of cleanliness. Once achieved, ongoing services are billed at the agreed flat-rate.

2. White-Glove Inventory & Asset Preservation

We utilize professional-grade, pH-balanced products and HEPA-filtered equipment. Our specialists are trained to care for high-end materials including natural stone, hardwoods, and specialty finishes.

Scrub Me Daddy LLC is not liable for damage resulting from customer-provided chemicals or equipment.

Specialists may take "Before" photos to document pre-existing damage or sensitive areas.

3. The "Service Snapshot" Transparency Policy

To ensure accountability, our team documents completed work through photo verification.

Completion photos may be provided as a digital walkthrough and serve as a time-stamped record of the property’s condition upon departure.

4. Scheduling & Access Policy

Changes made less than 24 hours prior to service incur a $50 administrative fee.

If access cannot be gained within 20 minutes of arrival, the visit will be billed at the full service rate.

5. Privacy, Discretion, and Security

All client information and access credentials are securely handled. Photography is limited strictly to service areas for quality control.

6. Pet Safety & Bio-Hazard Policy

Clients are responsible for securing pets as needed. For safety and compliance reasons, we do not clean bio-hazard materials including animal waste, mold, or human waste.

7. 100% Excellence Guarantee

If any area does not meet expectations, notify us within 24 hours. We will review documentation and return to correct the specific issue at no additional cost.

8. Pricing & Scope Adjustments

Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the condition, size, or scope of the property differs significantly, pricing may be adjusted prior to or during service.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension.

10. Damage & Liability

Scrub Me Daddy LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures. Any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

11. Non-Solicitation Agreement

Clients agree not to hire or solicit any employee or contractor of Scrub Me Daddy LLC for private work within 12 months of their employment. Violation of this agreement results in a $2,500 placement fee.

By booking services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
